Welcome to the website, I�ve been meaning to get my pages updated for ever, and finally things are up and running. Throughout the last year I�ve been training fulltime and am always getting into slightly surreal situations and thinking, I should write that down, so now I�m going to give it a go. The way the new site has been designed I can update it remotely from wherever I may be and visitors can add their comments to each story, so if your interested in the life of a full time athlete trying to break into the Olympic distance circuit, then come back regularly to see what I�ve been up to.
