Driven to Tri Swim Camp

Training, Coaching 5 Comments »

Driven to Tri held there first swim camp in Bath on the 21st and 22nd of April below is my 100m swim video analysis. I’m going to see if anyone wants to leave a comment on my stroke technique, which it has to be said is a little unorthodox. I’ll do my own analysis once other people have had a chance to critique. Don’t hold back, i’m a big boy, I can take it.
