Well its the start of the winter again and damn its cold! The miles are getting put in and im hurting like hell. Im training down in suuny devon with the squad at Kelly college. My partner in crime for the winter is Pete Freedman and together we have suffered and eaten many jaffa cakes.

Im also popping up to Bath from time to time to� some serious running with� guys like Nigel Leighton and Rob Whalley.� Also my main sopnsors are Total Fitness Bath and its always good to drop in and� see who the team are doing.

So whats next i hear you say! well ive got a few running races to do and then im off to lanzarote for a bike week with the guys from Bath and the Driven2Tri squad. Its the big miles and then i may be off to singapore. Watch this space!
