Winter training in Phuket
Training January 27th, 2007
Just got back from Lanzoarote where www.driventotri.com ran their first training camp, we cranked up the bike miles and spent 35hrs in the saddle during the week. I also took part in the Lanzarote Duathlon finishing 7th behind the Belgium Duathlon team, those boys really do run fast, they went through the first 5k in around 14.30. I am now off to Phuket for the launch of the TBB race team, I don’t know all the details at the moment but the squad will include Andrew Johns, Rebecca Preston, Doug Freedman, Ben Sanson, Hilary Biscay, Belinda Granger and Reinaldo Colucci. I will post an update as soon as I know more details. Plans are to use this as my main winter training before i head to switzerland later on this year for the race season.

Very professional Wiltshire! You can sort me out a site for my photography business if you like. If you keep falling off the bike then don’t forget there is always the fish and chip van option.

Well, you asked me…. impressive web site, lots of interesting information but as I’ve been saying all your life - spelling, punctuation, any chance of some capital letters? Does anyone out there think it matters? But great stuff, the technology leaves me well back in the last century!

Great to be able to keep up with your achievements Harry. Congratulations on everything you’ve done so far and good luck for future ambitions. Keep up the hard work and I will let the present Sandford Middle School pupils know that they can follow an ex-pupil online. Glad I can claim to have been your P.E. teacher and not your English/literacy teacher though!!! Good comment Mum! What are Mum’s for?
